Heppenheim

Built up the slope of the Schlossberg, the Starkenburg is a landmark for the whole region. From the look-out you have a wonderful view over the historical Old Town and the Rhein-lowlands.

It was built in the year 1065, and belongs to one of the oldest castles in the Odenwald.
